Divert Controls (over the phone)

Selecting a divert

This menu allows you to choose where you would like your Personal Number to divert your calls to.

1 Dial your Control Number

2 Enter your dmVoice/dmFax number and PIN followed by #

3 Press 1 to go to the Divert Select menu

You can choose one of the following:

Phone Divert Keys

Home - press 1 #
Office - press 2 #
Mobile - press 3 #
Program divert - press 7 #, see below for an explanation of this powerful feature
Voicemail only - press 8
Other number - press 9 # ,this allows you to program in a temporary divert

Program divert

Program divert is an operating where your Personal Number tries different diverts depending on the time of day. If you don't answer at the first divert, it will try your other diverts (if specified) in the order shown below.

During office hours (Mon - Fri, 8:30-18:00)	At other times
Mobile, Office, Voicemail	Mobile, Home, Voicemail
