Viewing your online itemised call display

1 Log into your clubhouse, and click on your dmCalls number

2 Click "Itemised calls" from the menu list (the last in the list).

3 This will display the "My calls" page with an itemised list of all the calls made using your account during the current month.

4 To view a previous months calls select the month you wish to view (i.e. JUN 07) in the field on the top left immediately below your account number. Then click the "Display" button (next to the month field).

You will see details of when all calls were made, the origin, destination, duration and cost of each call as well as your account balance at the end of that call.

Note: for calls made using the Bill Free Trial option the cost of the call will simply appear as 0.00

Viewing call details pages

1 From the the "My calls" page, clicking on the small magnifying glass icon at the end of each row will take you to the "My call details page".

2 On this page you will find more detailed call breakdown and voice recognition information. You can even listen to an audio file containing your voice command if you used voice activated dialling for that call.

3 Click the "Back" button to take you back to the "My calls" page, "Menu" to take you back to the dmCalls menu, or "Log out" to close the dmCalls window when you have finished.
