Instructions for ControlX/FaxSettings

Fax ID: Your Fax ID is what appears on the fax report generated by the fax machine of people who send you faxes, and generally reassures people that they dialled your number correctly. Your Fax ID can be up to 20 characters long. We'd suggest you enter either; your dmFax number, your Company name, or your name in this space (don't forget to click Save!)

Notification: When a message arrives, the system can send you an email or SMS message (Pro users can have several notification messages sent).

Use the checkbox(es) to turn notifier on/off. For SMS notification, enter the mobile number in international format (eg 447775911500).

SMS messages are charged at 9p each
