Rolling the mouse over a value in the Charge column will cause a pop-up to appear showing the breakdown of the charge into inbound and outbound leg charges.
* Please note that Payouts are finalised at the end of the month and can be claimed from 2 weeks after the month end - see the Payouts section in your account control (accessed from the Clubhouse).
0800/0808 numbers may sometimes show [P] in CLI, meaning the call was from a payphone and will incur extra charges (this should only happen for accounts that have requested payphone access)
Also note that payouts are based on fully completed minutes of the call leg

Please note that call records are kept for a minimum of three full months, after which time they will be take off-line.
