Instructions for ControlX/Status

Status

This field shows the renewal status of your dmSwitchboard12 service. You will receive a reminder email 4 weeks before your service is due for renewal. Not renewing your service can put your dmSwitchboard12 in danger of cancellation. Your renewal status can be:

ACTIVE: Your service is active. You don't need to take action.

RECYCLE1: You haven't renewed your service and it will be recycled (cancelled) in 21 days. Contact dmClub Support immediately to renew your service if you don't want to lose your dmSwitchboard12.

RECYCLE2: You haven't renewed your service, and it will be recycled imminently. If you want to keep your dmSwitchboard12 contact dmClub Support immediately to re-activate it (Administration fee applies).

Telephone control number(s):

The phone number to dial for changing the setup when away from the web and for setting custom messages (eg voicemail OGM)

dmClubhouse: click to access your clubhouse - the collection of all your dmClub services.

Alias/PIN

Alias allows you to give a custom name to your service. When you set an alias, it will appear in your Clubhouse next to the Service Icon for this dmSwitchboard12 service, and on any email sent to you regarding this service.

New PIN: This allows you to set a new PIN for when you call your Control Number, for example to access voicemail messages. Enter (in both boxes) the new PIN you wish to use for this service. When logging in to your Control Number over the telephone you will need to enter this PIN.

Operating Mode:

Live mode prevents you from changing any settings during periods where people may be calling your number.

Development mode allows you to change the functional settings of your number and allows access to the Copy Settings feature.

Web Phone:

Make and receive calls from your Clubhouse using the dmSwitchboard12 built-in web phone. Click Launch to open the web phone control in a new tab.
