OGM/Message options

These options allow you to override the system default limits governing OGMs and Voicemail messages

Deliver to Email

Uncheck the box if you don't want delivery of voicemail via email

Email Address: Enter the email address where you would like your messages to be delivered to

Audio Encoding: Select your preferred sound format for receiving emailed voice messages (See dmNotes for details and examples)

Send As:
HTML - Looks nice and works with the Microsoft Outlook family and some e-mail portals (eg Hotmail). Not recommended with some Netscape and Eudora mail clients.
TEXT - Plain text message and attachment. More compatible and works with all mail clients.

Include CallerID in FROM address: This feature gets our system to make email's FROM address contain the originating phone number. This can be useful for automatic sorting of inbound emails, but some email gateways will reject such source addresses for being impossible to reply to.

Test Message
Click to be sent a sample voicemail message using the current settings. Note that this will also test notification settings (and may incur a charge if SMS is used)

Notification

Tick the checkbox to activate notification by the means specified

Notification is by Email (free) or SMS (charged for)

The address is either an email address or the mobile phone number (specified in international format). The system will try to verify the address format, putting next to dubious addresses and next to good addresses. will be displayed if the address is good but there are no funds in the account.
