To listen to your voice messages from your email, we recommend you use the latest version of Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, or Winamp. Try http://www.real.com for Real Audio (*.ra) files, or http://www.winamp.com for *.mp3 or *.wav files.
Open RealPlayer
Select Options | Preferences
Select the tab called Upgrade
In the central text panel is a list of RealPlayer add-on components. Check that there is a component called RealAudio Plug-in listed in this panel. If it is there, then you can play your voice messages.
If the RealAudio Plug-in was not listed click on the button ‘Check for upgrade now'.
RealPlayer will automatically connect to the RealPlayer upgrade site and check if any updates are available.
A window called ‘Update is Available' will then be displayed. Click on the button ‘Customize'.
Put a tick in the box next to ‘RealAudio Plug-in '. Click ‘Get It Now '. This will download and automatically install the RealAudio Plug-in. When this step is complete you will be able to play your voice messages.
To select the format you receive your messages in, select the "Gateway" page of your account settings page. Choose the "Sound Format" and "Email Format" from the relevant menu items.
