Change my Voice Number Advanced Options

Access your Service Controls

Login to your Clubhouse and click on a link to your Voice or Fax Number. This will open a new, simplified browser window (you're still logged into your Clubhouse in the background). The first page you see is your Divert Page. Now select the 'Home' page. Now click the 'Voice' tab.

Voice Settings

  • Long (10 min) incoming messages allowed: enable this option to allow your callers to leave messages up to 10 minutes long
  • Long (10 mins): enable this option to allow your callers to leave messages up to 10 minutes long
  • Long (5 mins): enable this option if you wish to record a voicemail message (we call it your Outgoing Message or OGM for short) that is up to 5 minutes long. See the User Guide for instructions on how to record your own voicemail message
  • Very Long (10 mins): enable this option if you wish to record a voicemail message that is up to 10 minutes long
