Disable or enable my mailbox

In this part of the control menu you can enable/disable voicemail, and you can set your Outgoing Message (OGM) - the message your callers hear when they reach your voicemail.

Mailbox setup

Enable Mailbox

To set up your mailbox:

1 Dial your Control Number

2 Enter your dmVoice/dmFax number and PIN followed by #

3 Dial 5 to enter "Mailbox Setup".

4 Dial 1 to enable mailbox, 2 to disable mailbox or 3 to set OGM.
