Gateway Settings for dmVoice

Forward to Email: Check this option to have faxes/voicemail forwarded as email to the given address

Email Address: Enter the email address where you would like your messages to be delivered to

Image Format (Fax mode only): Select your preferred image format for receiving emailed faxes. PCX is a popular single-page format whilst DCX and PDF are multi-page formats. For information on software required to view these formats see dmNote 3316 - How do I setup for viewing faces

Sound Format (Voicemail mode only): Select your preferred sound format for receiving emailed voice messages (See dmNotes for details and examples)

Email Format:
HTML - Looks nice and works with the Microsoft Outlook family and some e-mail portals (eg Hotmail). Not recommended with some Netscape and Eudora mail clients.
TEXT - Plain text message and attachment. More compatible and works with all mail clients.

Include CallerID in FROM address: This feature gets our system to make email's FROM address contain the originating phone number. This can be useful for automatic sorting of inbound emails, but some email gateways will reject such source addresses for being impossible to reply to.
