Calls can be handled in Office Hours or Out of Hours mode. The difference is that in Out of Hours mode, Team Diverts are disabled - so callers will be put through to voicemail rather than the telephone numbers specified.
Call Handling is used to select whether the timetable is used or if the mode is set manually.
For each day in the Timetable, enter the start time and finish time for your office hours.
Note that call handling mode can also be set over the phone (call the Telephone Control Number specified on the General page)
