Daily call log table
A table showing all the dates in the month for which call logs exists:

Click the date (or Entire Month) in the Date column to see the call breakdown for that day (or for the entire month).
Daily / Monthly call breakdown
A table showing details of every call during the selected day (or entire month):

Rolling the mouse over a value in the Charge column will cause a pop-up to appear showing the breakdown of the charge into inbound and outbound leg charges.
Call Log Availability and Retention
Call details will appear in the call logs at different times depending on the divert destination type:
- PSTN - within ten minutes of the call ending.
- VoIP - by 10.00am the following morning.
Please note that call records are kept for a minimum of three full months, after which time they will be take off-line.
