This is the main menu for the controls that determine how your number operates.

dmConnect Menu/Tab Options

General - Basic service settings and status information for this number.

Divert - Set the destination this number diverts to.

Call Log - Browse records of recent calls.

Tariff - Call cost calculator that can work out how much it costs to divert calls to different destinations.

dmVoice Menu/Tab Options

General - Basic service settings and status information for this number.

Divert - Set the destination this number diverts to.

Voice - Settings for voice delivery and mail reception.

Gateway - Set up email delivery of voicemail messages.

Call/Msg Log - Browse records of recent calls and voicemail messages.

dmFax Menu/Tab Options

General - Basic service settings and status information for this number.

Divert - Set the destination this number diverts to.

Fax - Settings for fax delivery and mail reception.

Gateway - Set up email delivery of fax messages.

Call/Msg Log - Browse records of recent calls and fax messages.

dmSwitchboard Menu/Tab Options

General - Basic service settings and status information for this number.

Wizard (menu option on Home tab only) - Opens up a wizard in a separate window, for easy initial configuration of your switchboard.

Script - View and edit the script of your switchboard.

Sounds - Upload and manage switchboard sound files.

Schedule - Set which times are treated as "office hours" by the switchboard script.

Voicemail - Voicemail options, delivery and notification. 

Call/Msg Log -  Browse records of recent calls and fax messages.
