Instructions for ControlX/PNDivert

The Divert Switch displays where your calls are currently going to. Always click Save to activate any changes you make

Mailbox: Click on Mailbox to make our system divert all calls to your mailbox. Enabled: ensure your Mailbox is enabled if you wish to receive messages using Unified Messaging

More Diverts: Click here to allow for double the number of divert destinations

Home: Click on Home to make our system divert live calls to the number programmed here. You can use any UK landline or mobile number in this space

Office: Click on Office to make our system divert live calls to the number programmed here. You can use any UK landline or mobile number in this space

Mobile: Click on Mobile to make our system divert live calls to the number programmed here. You can use any UK landline or mobile number in this space

Program: Click on the blue 'Program' button to enabled Program Divert or 'Hunting' mode. With Program Divert enabled, our system will hunt for you at your Mobile, Home or Office presets. See the User Guide, Personal Number section on Advanced Diverts for a detailed explanation of this feature.

Smart Hunt: This is a call safety feature which prevents your calls from being intercepted by other voicemail systems and network messages. With Smart Hunt enabled our system will only connect the call when you press ##, otherwise it will try the next number or take a message as appropriate. Note that if you disable Smart Hunt your voice messages may not reach your dmUnified mailbox and thus can't come through to you as email.

- Extended Divert/dmCalls will always be used to place this call

- Extended Divert/dmCalls will sometimes be used to place this call

- Extended Divert/dmCalls could be used to place this call if it were available and enabled

- This call cannot be placed (barred number)

Allow Extended Divert - Check this box to allow your number to divert anywhere in the world. Such diverts will incur extra charges at dmCalls rates. (This feature is the new name for dmCalls Link)

dmCalls Link - A linked dmCalls Prepay account enables and improves the calling power of your number. You can apply for dmCalls from your clubhouse in the MyLinks area.

To link a dmCalls Prepay account to your dmVoice/dmFax, go to the divert page and enter you dmCalls account number and PIN. If your dmCalls account is only Pay As You Go, you must upgrade it from the menu of the dmCalls control page.
