This is an overview of your current dmSwitchboard script. We recommend that you print a copy for your records when you're happy with the setup.
You can edit each department by clicking on the icon.
NB - This gives you access to more advanced features and options than the wizard does
| Entry department - this is where you specify the message played on intial answer | |
| Menu department - allows the user to choose from a number of options, each of which takes them to another department | |
| Team Divert department - puts the call through to someone (and will hunt between a group of numbers). If all team members are busy, it can act as a pseudo call-queueing system. | |
| Info department - plays a series of messages to the user. This could be used for opening hours, directions or other fixed information that callers may wish to know |
