Status

Is this number in use (ACTIVE), marked for recycling (RECYCLE1) or marked for imminent recycling (RECYCLE2)?

Recycle Warning: Toggle the recycle warning prompt "ON" or "OFF". When "ON", a brief warning prompt is tagged to the beginning of incoming calls a few days before the renewal due date.

Telephone control number(s):

The phone number to dial for changing the setup when away from the web and for setting custom messages (eg voicemail OGM)

Web controls

dmClubhouse: click to access your clubhouse - the collection of all your dmClub services

Control Mode: The level of web control Basic keeps things simple by restricting the number of options on various pages, Advanced offers more control of the service, but might be a bit daunting for some beginners.

PIN

Enter (in both boxes) the new PIN you wish to use for this service. When logging in to your Control Number over the telephone you will need to enter this PIN.

Alias/PIN

Number Alias is a label for the number to remind you of its function. The alias will appear in the clubhouse and on any email/notification messages sent from the number

Operating Mode:

Live mode prevents you from changing any settings during periods where people may be calling your number.

Development mode allows you to change the functional settings of your number and allows access to the Copy Settings feature.

Copy Settings:

Allows you to copy all settings from another number (eg. duplicate all settings of your original number to a new number) or even change the number type (eg. turn your dmVoice number into a dmFax).
