Script Wizard Help for Organisation

The Name of your organisation is used in the following ways:

• As a default for the Entry Greeting (Welcome to XXXX)
• As part of the announcement when putting Team Divert calls through (eg Wibble World Sales Call)
• As part of any emails containing voicemail messages

There are two types of organisation:

Single department - the simplest type of dmSwitchboard. There are no selectable options; the caller will either be put through to a person (Team Divert department) or they can be played some information (Info department).

Multiple department - an IVR style switchboard that consists of Reception (a Menu department) that allows the caller to choose a department. The other departments can be either Team Divert departments or Info departments.
