You can program your standard weekly timetable to control the way in which calls are handled.
For each day, enter the start time and finish time for your office hours.
Calls received during office hours are handled as set up on the previous pages; Calls received outside of these hours are handled just the same except that all Team Diverts are disabled - so callers will be put through to voicemail rather than the telephone numbers specified.
This timetable can be updated and overridden on the Schedule page.
