dmClub FAQs

What is my login ID?

We use the email address you entered when you were completing the signup form as your dmClub Login ID, and the PIN you chose as your dmClub membership PIN. When your registration is completed we will send you a Welcome Email to this dmClub Login ID address. Your Welcome Email contains critical information regarding your service and also is a good way of checking that the email address is working correctly. If you didn't receive this email please us at dmSupport.

How do I login to my clubhouse?

1 Point your browser at http://my.dmclub.net

2 For your Login ID, enter the email address you used when you first signed up for dmClub. This is the email address to which we sent your Welcome Email. If your email address has changed, don't worry, your Login ID is only used for logging in, not for sending you messages.

3 For your PIN, enter the PIN you used when you first signed up for dmClub.

How do I login to a single number?

If you don't wish to login using your dmClub Login ID email address, you can also login at http://my.dmclub.net using your dmClub telephone number (e.g. 07050679009) as the Login ID.

To access the “Mailbox” of the voicemail feature, follow these instructions:

1) Log into your clubhouse
2) Click on the number in concern with the voicemails
3) Click onto <Calls/Messages> Tab at the top of the page
4) Select the time period for messages in concern
5) Click on <Show msg Index> button

Here you will see a list of all the messages you’ve received in the given time period.

To re-send the message, follow these instructions:

1) Click on the magnifying glass of the message you’d like to re-send
2) Click on the <Resend> button in the newly opened window.

Let me know if this helps,

Paul
