Command and Help modes

Command mode

You can enter Command mode by pressing * on your telephone keypad from once you have accessed your account.

From Command mode the following options are available. To enter a particular option press the number on your phone keypad (for quicker recognition push # after the number) as shown in the table below.

No.	Option	Result
0 #	Help mode	You can hear brief recorded help messages
2 #	Dialler mode	Allows you to use VAD or touch tone dialling
3 #	Redial	Redials the number you last called
8 #	Voice training	You can test VAD command recognition
9 #	Account Balance	Tells you the current balance of your account

Help mode

You can enter help mode by saying "help" or pressing 0 # on your telephone keypad once you have accessed your account.

When you enter help mode you will hear a list of help topics that you can listen to further information on as follows. To access a particular option press the number on your phone keypad as shown in the table below (for quicker recognition push # after the number).
