Getting started with dmVoice

Leave yourself a voice message

Call your 07xxx Voice Number and leave yourself a message.

Playback your voice message on PC

Before you can playback your voice messages you need to have:

A sound card installed and tested
Speakers/headphones connected to your sound card
Either RealAudio, RealPlayer, or RealPlayerG2 for *.ra messages, or Windows Media Player/Winamp for *.mp3 or *.wav.

Allow a few minutes for the voice message to be processed and emailed to you, then:

1 Check your email.

2 You will see your voice message waiting for you to playback. The voice message itself is a RealAudio file (*.ra), or *.mp3 or *.wav depending what setting you chose, attached to the email.

3 Open the RealAudio attachment and the message will start to play.

Listen to voicemail by phone

1 Dial into your Control Number.

2 From the Main Number Control Menu, select option 2 Voicemail Collection.

Setting up the advanced features

You can configure the advanced features of your Voice Number either on the WWW by going to http://my.dmclub.net , or over the telephone by dialling your Control Number. Click HERE for further information.
