dmAnswers14 pricing: pay-per-answer professional call answering
dmAnswers14 is a pay-as-you-go service: you are charged only for calls answered and nothing more.
Exactly how much it costs to have a call answered by dmAnswers14 depends on its duration with the dmAnswers14 agent - the time it takes for the dmAnswers agent to take a message or to screen the call before putting it through. Call duration is measured in "Answer Units", rounded up to the nearest whole number, where an answer unit lasts 30 seconds at peak times and 20 seconds outside normal office hours.
A small additional charge is made to notify you of messages by SMS if you have selected this feature in your dmAnswers14 control panel.

Other charges
- To use dmAnswers14 you need a dmConnect12 geographical number number costing £3 per month, or a dmSwitchboard12 service costing from £7.50 per month.
- Calls forwarded from this number (to your landline or mobile) are charged at our normal call-patching rates: 1.25p per minute to landlines and 8p per minute to mobiles.

If you bought dmAnswers14, a dmConnect12 number comes bundled with it.
If you bought dmConnect12, all you need to do is activate dmAnswers14 in your dmConnect12 divert settings.
Where can I see my dmAnswers14 usage charges?
There is no separate billing for this feature - charges appear in your dmCalls12 account, in the same way as calls to PSTN phones. In the future, we may offer bundles and contract packages. Let us know if you are interested.
