NOTICE Sep-2021: International calling rates are changing, due to massive price rises for UK-originated calls. A new pricing structure is emerging and there will be the ability to request notification of price-rises on routes that affect you. Prices may change on a month by month basis. Also surcharges on internationally originated calls may be incurred.
NOTICE Oct-2017: Following numerous cases of telecoms fraud, certain international mobile destinations have been barred by our primary carriers. If you need to call these destinations, please contact support to discuss options.

Calls to UK 08 numbers (July 2015)
Following the NGCS project from Ofcom aimed at simplifying costs to call 084 and 087 numbers, the following charges apply to outbound calls to these destinations:
15ppm/0.25pps billed on a first minute + subsequent seconds basis (so 10s costs 15p, 80s costs 20p)
Barred International Destinations (October 2017)
We do not generally support calls to mobile networks based in the following countries (due to their use in telecoms fraud):
Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Belarus, Bolivia, Bosnia, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Chad, Chile, Comoros, Cook Islands, Cuba, East Timor, Ecuador, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Estonia, Ethiopia, Falkland Islands, Gabon, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Guinea, Haiti, Honduras, Kazakhstan, Liberia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Maldives, Montenegro, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Serbia, Seychelles, Somalia, Tunisia, Vanuatu
Indirect Access
The above calls are for pure outbound from your dmSwitchboard12 service. If you wish to use dmCalls12 to make outbound calls from your BT landline, there is a small surcharge of 0.7ppm to cover the cost of the call from your landline into our system (the BT call itself is free).

How we calculate our call costs
- There is no connection charge
- There is a minimum call charge of 3p (lower than most of the big players).
- But there is no charge to call UK freephone numbers, or if the call does not connect.
- At the end of the call we calculate the cost using the call length in seconds and the pence per minute rate
(unlike some services we don't round call times up to the minute). - If there is a part of a penny, we round up to the next penny (e.g. 60 seconds call to Vodaphone UK costs 8p, 61 seconds costs 9p)
- Charges to UK 08 numbers are calculated on a first minute (@15p) + subsequent seconds (@0.25p) basis
