Below minimum handling fee/rejection
There is a handling fee of £5 for payments that we accept under the Minimum Payment.
dmClub will either reject payments below the minimum payment, or charge this fee, based on our judgement of what is best for you under the circumstances
Credit checking
In some cases dmClub need to do a credit check, usually we get enough information from the bank/payment company so that we can automatically accept the payment.
Credit checking can take up to 4 hours, plus any time that it takes for you to get back to us.
Please do not assume that we think that you are a bad person because we do a credit check on your payment, our payments team are trying to help you, while obvioulsy guarding against bad payments.
AutoPay
Please pay by AutoPay if you can!
We want to provide you the best service, with the minimum admin overhead for yourselves (and ourselves), and we designed AutoPay to do that.
Apri 2016: we spend nearly 50% of support time on payments, if were not doing that, we could be answering other support needs quicker, and with a bit more time!
