Outage 27 July 2026
Our servers have been subjected to a denial of service attack and this resulted in outage from about 3pm. We believe the attack has been contained and the service is now working, but it's possible that the hackers will strike back. Apologies for the break in service and any inconvenience caused.
Update 28 July: The attacks have continued and as a defensive measure, accounts that have SIP clients are being relocated to a different server while we modify our network to enable a more robust setup.
Update 29 July: email support@dmclub.net if your SIP clients aren't working and we can ensure that they are prioritised in the relocation process.
Change to dmCalls12 March 2026
From late March 2026, outbound calls that are funded by the dmCalls12 account will use the main balance instead. It will also mean a very slight improvement in speed of connections.
This long-overdue simplification means that dmCalls12 will no longer have its own balance. dmCalls12 balances will be automatically credited back to the main balance, and the dmCalls12 auto-top-up feature disabled.
The costs of calls associated with a number or dmSwitchboard12 will be shown in the service control for the number/switchboard.
dmDialler calls will still be in the dmCalls12 service control.
This should not result in any changes to how you use the service, and may mean reductions in call costs to clients on legacy tariffs
