HowTo - Setup dmConnect12 with Customised TTS OGM

What this shows

If you want to have a "Robot voice" OGM, but change the name of what/who is unavailable, this is how to do it.

eg. instead of saying "Sorry, Sally Strong is unavailable", you might want it to say "Sorry, Sally Strong Consulting is unavailable"

(Note that you can't change the "is unavailable" bit)

Disclaimer

Please note that this technique uses the advanced mode of dmConnect12. If you then make a change from the basic mode control, you will no longer have the dual-OGM setup. If you need to make a change (eg. change divert destination) you must do it within the advanced plan editor.

Set Name of Personal Extension 301 to the name/entity that is not available

Step by Step Instructions

> Clubhouse

> dmConnect12 service control

> Divert

Select Advanced to access Personal Switchboard Control

Click on "@Cn12 Basic" to bring up plan editor

Change name to "CustomOGM"

 @People subtab, ext 301

 - Set name to the person/entity that is unavailable (eg. "S S Consulting")

Save plan

Activate new plan
