How to claim your payout from dmClub
What are payouts?
Some number ranges enable you to earn a small amount for every minute of inbound call made to that number. The money earned in this way can be claimed back, either as credit in your dmAccount or sent to you as a cheque.
Which numbers pay out?
Currently the number ranges that can pay out are:
- 0844 numbers
- 0845 numbers
- 0870 numbers
- 0871 numbers
How much do they pay out?
Payouts vary depending on your service plan. For example, some number ranges have a sliding scale of payout depending on volume.
You get higher payouts on Ent tariffs than on Pro, which in turn pay out more than Bas tariffs. If you think you'll be doing a lot of traffic, it may be worth upgrading to a Pro or Ent tarif.
Contact support@dmclub.net if you're not sure how much your number should pay out, or for advice on the best tariff for you.
When can I claim my payouts?
In order to claim, you need to have earned a minimum sum in payout. If you want to claim the payout as account credit, you need to have earned £1. If you want us to send your payout to you as a cheque, you need to have earned a minimum of £20.
You can claim your payout up to 1 year after the call period. After that, the claim period expires so we will unfortunately be unable to process your claim. If you're unsure if your claim has expired, please contact support.
