After reading this section, you will be able to:
- Set a new PIN
- Use PIN free dialling
- Set up dmCalls to use in conjunction with a third party discount calls account
Setting a new PIN
This will change the PIN you use to gain entry to dmCalls when dialling one of our access numbers
1 Log into your clubhouse, and click on your dmCalls number
2 Select "Security settings" from the menu
3 You will see the PIN section at the top of the page
4 Type the new PIN that you want to use in the "New pin" field
5 Re-type it in the "Confirm" field
6 Click the "Set PIN" button
7 Click "Menu" to take you back to the dmCalls menu, or "Log out" to close the dmCalls window when you have finished.

How to set up a number for PIN free dialling is covered in the getting started section.
Removing PIN-free dialling or CLI authenticated access
1 Log into your clubhouse, and click on your dmCalls number
2 Select "Security settings" from the menu
3 Go to the "PIN-free dialling" section
4 Click the "Remove" button adjacent to the number you wish to remove CLI Authenticated Access from.
Note: You are unable to edit the "Requires PIN" or "Description" fields of a number once added. To change these fields you will have to "Remove" the number and add it again with the updated information.
Setting up third-party discount calls account
With dmCalls you have the option of using our Voice Activated Dialler and Address Book in tandem with a Discount Calls account from another provider.
1 Log into your clubhouse, and click on your dmCalls number
2 Select "Security settings" from the menu
3 Go to the "Third party discount calls account" section at the bottom of the page
4 Enter telephone access number of the third party discount calls operator.
5 In the "DTMF" field enter the account number, followed by p (for pause) followed by the PIN number that you would normally enter using your telephone keypad when logging in to this other provider's account.
6 Click "Set account"
