Thu25Sep14 Digital Mail Ltd's dmClub are pleased to release a telecoms product with 7 world firsts for Commercial use. dmAnswers14 is the world's most flexible professional call answering service designed to be affordable for any size of business.
dmAnswers14 Background and Roadmap
dmAnswers14 is the replacement for the 10 year old dmAnswers (Classic) product, and is fully integrated with the new dmClub "GenU" services dmConnect12 (a fully featured Virtual Business Line) and dmSwitchBoard12 (a cloud based convergent switchboard). It is a long term product, and dmAnswers Classic will be upgraded to it over time.
dmAnswers14 Agents can answer the calls to customers/users prior to presentation (FrontDesk) or take a message when they are not available (MessageDesk).
The dmAnswers14 MessageDesk system is now ready for use by all customers and the FrontDesk system is ready for use for beta customers.
Release grade: Commercial Gold, suitable for distribution
This release is for all customers and to enable dealers to make money.

The second release of dmAnswers14 has some exciting new features, and is now available to all customers.
- Agent handling mode - Our agents can handle calls in different ways, focusing either on speed (saving you money), quality of message (saving you time) or a good mixture of both. What varies is the level of information verification that the agent does when taking the details of the call, and how much (if any) information they type for you.
- dmConsole update - is now even easier to navigate for MessageDesk users ā we removed some FrontDesk only fields to make it simpler for MessageDesk only customers
dmAnswers14 FrontDesk - beta only
- New Replay transfer mode ā available in beta only. Your phone rings and you hear a recorded message of the caller speaking to the agent. This saves you money as you are not using extra agent time to brief you about the call. Please contact support@dmclub.net if you are interested in this feature.
