Orders Theory
An order is a financial transaction that represents a service that dmClub provides a customer, that (usually) requires payment. Payment can be made by making a payment and notifying the system that the payment should pay off orders, or that the Order can be paid from existing Account Balance.
There are 4 types of order with dmClub:
Initial Orders when you initially purchase a Service
Renewal orders when the rent of the Initial Order has expired, the service can be renewed for a further period
About 1 month before the rental contract on your current order on a service is due to expire, we will create a new "renewal order" automatically for you
Usage Orders - are a special case - they are created at the end of the month to reflect charges already made against your account on a pay-as-you-go basis for call-forwarding and outbound calls.
Admin Orders are orders for human type services
How can I pay for my orders?
There are 3 ways:
Pay from your Credit Balance you can go to your clubhouse, accounts area, and click on [Pay Orders/Loans] , then click on the PFB by the order. If the PFB (pay from Credit Balance) is not green then we recommend that you put some more money into your account.
Pay for orders with a Payment you can go to your clubhouse, accounts area, and click on [Pay Orders/Loans] , then select the orders you wish to pay for, and then make a payment. Hint: this might be a good time to add a little credit for account usage, "while you are in the area". If you have autopay setup, you can click the [AutoPay Instant]
Pay for orders with AutoPay you can go to your clubhouse, accounts area, and click on [AutoPay], setup autopay (see note on AutoPay), then pay for orders which need to be paid now with [Pay Orders/Loans], which can be paid with [AutpPay Instant], then in future AutoPay Monthly Style will do it for you.

Where does my money go?
There are several consumers of credit in the dmClub system:
Service ownership (Initial & Renewal Orders)
This includes:
- Gold fees for particularly memorable numbers
- Signup fees
- Service rental
Charges are itemised in "Initial" and "Renewal" orders
Service usage (Usage Orders)
This includes:
- Cost of call ingress (often free on 01/02/03 numbers)
- Cost of call forwarding, cost of SMS notification, use of non-inclusive extensions on dmSwitchboard12/dmConnect12
Charges are itemised in "Usage" orders
Usage orders are created just after the end of month in which the usage was made. They are created based on call records that can be inspected:
- Inbound calls usually in the number control
- Outbound calls usually in the "dmCalls12" control
Human services (Admin Orders)
- ProVoiceover (we get a professional voiceover artist to record prompts for your service)
- ProTime (mostly for busy customers who want us to do something for them, also for online/phone-based training/education sessions)
Charges are itemised in "Admin" orders
Extra admin charges (Admin Orders)
This is for things that take (or can take) quite a long time to do, and need extra levels of internal documentation
- Number reconnection
- number porting
Charges are itemised in "Admin" orders

Where is my money?
Sometimes, customers are surprised that their main balance has dropped, even though they've had very little traffic.
Bear in mind that your money can be in your main balance or your dmCalls12* account and it can be a surprise when your dmCalls12 account grabs some money from the main balance in accordance with auto top-up rules.
*dmCalls12 is used to fund the outbound legs of calls.
