A My account balance is shrinking too quickly

First check your account statements

We provide detailed online statements so that you can see exactly where your money is going.

To check your statements:

Login to my.dmclub.net.
In the My Account panel on the top right click 'This Year'
This will show you a statement for this year.
Don't forget that some of your credit may have gone into dmCalls12, or usage for a number for the month.
Also, you pay us inclusive of VAT, but our internal accounting is excluding VAT
You can drill down by clicking each payment or order to gain more insight.

To see itemised call costs:

Login to my.dmclub.net.
In the Service Controls panel on the left click the icon for the number in question to open its control panel.
Go to the 'Call Records' tab.
From here you can access a full usage breakdown.

Why is your service so expensive? I wasn’t expecting it to cost so much!

I have a dmConnect12 service, and was surprised to find a number of expensive calls in my itemised usage for September 2015.
