Access
After reading this section, you will be able to:
- Access your account using standard entry
- Access your account using CLI Authenticated entry
- Use direct redial
- Use direct speed dials
Standard entry
1 Dial a dmCalls access number (Prepay Access 0800 198 6440, Bill Free Trial access 08700 885 285).
2 When prompted enter your account number and PIN.
3 You will then have access to your account in dialler mode.
Note: If you incorrectly enter your account number and/or PIN three times then the call will be terminated and you will need to redial the access number.
CLI authenticated entry
If you have set up CLI Authenticated entry (see Getting started and security sections)
1 Dial a dmCalls access number.
2 If necessary enter your PIN.
3 You will then have access to your account in dialler mode.
Direct redial
This will allow you to redial the last number you called (using dmCalls) by simply dialling 0800 198 6450 without the need for account entry, Voice Activated or touch tone (DTMF) dialling.
1 Ensure that the phone you are using is set up for CLI Auth Entry with no PIN required.
2 Dial 0800 198 6450
3 The last number you called will automatically be rung.
Direct speed dial
Dialling one of the direct speed dial numbers below will allow you to call your speed dials (1- 9 only) direct, bypassing the need for account entry, Voice Activated or DTMF dialling. Ensure that the phone you are using is set up for CLI Auth Entry with no PIN required beofre using a direct speed dial number.
