Switchboard12 ProVoiceover: Get a pro to do your prompts

Instructions:

  • Set up your dmSwitchboard12 from the control as you would normally. Make sure that all the prompts are typed in correctly.
  • Send us an email (to support@dmclub.net)...
  • 1) Requesting that we turn the prompts in your switchboard into "ProVoiceover" prompts - note that you don't have to do it for ALL prompts, maybe just the caller-facing prompts.
  • 2) Please clarify any ambiguous pronounciations (including whether acronyms should be read as letters or words)
  • 3) Tell us what kind of voice you want (eg. warm/professional/friendly/casual/fun/serious)
  • 4) Don't forget voicemail OGMs (Outgoing Messages)

Rates

  • ProTime/Setup fee £15
  • Short prompt (<20s) £7.50
  • Long prompt (>20s) £15

All prompt requests are now considered "express" and cost includes upload of high quality WAV files to your switchboard.
