dmCalls12 Supplementary Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to dmCalls12,
in addition to #0060 dmClub's General Customer Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
Time and dates may be GMT/UMT of UK local time at dmClub's discretion, unless dmClub state otherwise.
General Definitions
Reasonable Suspicions where dmClub or another telco or telco regulator or relevant legal authority, may have reasonable suspicions and dmClub shall be the judge of what is reasonable.
Suitability for emergency services
This product is not suitable for emergency service calling.
- We do not provide access to emergency numbers
- Customers are advised that
- they should retain line powered phones that can be used to summon emergency services
- DECT phones are not suitable for emergency service calling if there is a power problem as they are not line powered.
Nuisance calls & opt out
Artificial Inflation of Traffic AIT
Customers may only use the dmCalls12 product for the purpose of communication, calls should not be made with the sole purpose of accruing telecoms revenue to the customer, or any third party, except when such use conforms with regulatory and legal rules and guidelines.
Rate changes
dmClub provide competitively priced rates, which are subject to regulatory changes, re-tariffing, unbundling destinations in reaction to fraud, and currency fluctuations. In the case of small changes dmClub will generally absorb the changes, however dmClub reserve the right in these circumstances to change the rates with little of no notice in advance. dmClub will endeavour to keep the customer informed, and to provide high quality tariffing information on the web.
Reasonable efforts but 3rd party networks are involved
dmClub will make reasonable efforts to provide a high quality service, but the customer understands that dmClub are not responsible for 3rd party communications services and infrastructure, and that all communication traffic passes through 3rd party networks,
CLI presentation
dmClub need to take reasonable steps to ensure that it presents "authorised CLI's", and will suspend the authorisation of a CLI should it have doubts that the customer does not assist in allaying.
Should dmClub have reasonable suspicions that a customer is using a dmClub Account to pass fraudulent or "spoofed" CLI's, it may suspend the customer's dmCalls accounts immediately.
