Win £50 account credit: tell us how to improve
What can we do to improve? We’d like to know your ideas – and there’s £50 of account credit up for grabs for the best suggestion.
If you’ve got an idea of how dmClub can make things easier or better for you email mary.harrington@dmclub.net now with your suggestions to enter the competition.
The deadline for ideas is 02 April 2012. (NB: Make sure your message includes the email address you use to log in to dmClub.)
Win another £50: Why not use VoIP?
Do you use VoIP? Have you considered it but abandoned the idea? Tried, but given up? If this is you, we want to hear from you. We're looking at ways of making VoIP telephony easier to access for our customers, so we want to know what's getting in the way right now.
What’s putting you off using VoIP? What would make it easier for you? If you’ve got an idea of how dmClub could make VoIP easier to use email mary.harrington@dmclub.net now with your suggestions. There’s another £50 of account credit for the most helpful and informative response.
The deadline for ideas is 02 April 2012. (NB: Make sure your message includes the email address you use to log in to dmClub.)

Tip of the month: protect your details
We’re belatedly celebrating last month’s Safer Internet Day (07 Feb) with a quick reminder to keep your dmClub login details safe. We regularly get calls to support from dmClub customers who have lost their login email, PIN or even both – and sometimes from customers who are concerned that someone else has obtained their details and is using them inappropriately.
Be careful! Don’t tell anyone else your login details if at all possible. If you're using a 4-digit PIN but don't access your voicemails over the phone, you might also consider changing your PIN to a longer password including letters and numbers.
Finally, if you have your details written down, it’s best to keep the information in a very secure place, or use a password-protected folder on your computer.
