Note dmConnect12 only works with GEO numbers starting with 01 or 02, later on other number ranges will be added.

It's great for very small businesses who would like a powerful number.

All this power comes with great simplicity, and some helpful videos so that you are going within minutes.

It does not have the features that dmSwitchboard12 has

call menus and routing (Reception Extensions)
team queuing and call distribution (Team Extensions)
multiple Personal Extensions allowing internal calls, and call transfer and 3 way conferencing

But it can be pointed to a dmSwitchboard 12 (very easily)

as in inbound number for a dmSwitchboard12 service

dmSwitchboard12 can have 1 or more dmConnect and dmConnect12 numbers "pointed" at it

as in inbound number and an outbound calls service for a 3rd party VOIP switchboard

If you have your own VOIP switchboard (e.g. Cisco, Asterisk, FreeSwitch), then dmConnect12 can provide inbound and outbound calls, with proper call signalling etc

you can get dmConnect12 3 ways:

- to purchase from your clubhouse with dmClub GEO numbers (starting 01, 02)

Just go to the add more numbers/services area, and you will be sent to the shopping site, already logged in.

- to purchase from dmconnect12.com with GEO purchasing or GEO porting

This should only be used for new customers, as you will not be logged in automatically! If you are an existing customer then log into your clubhouse and purchase from the add more numbers/services area.

- as a free upgrade for existing dmClub customers with dmConnect on a GEO number

Why not buy Skype?

dmConnect12 is a different service from Skype it is more of a Virtual Business Line than a VOIP calls, video conferencing and IM service. However from a telephony point of view there are some key differences.

We provide a more convergant Traditional and Internet telephony service
We provide better signalling and identity management
We provide an upgrade path into a full Switchboard service which tends to be a natural migration of many businesses
