An important customer insists that they sent me a fax yesterday, but I haven’t received it.
From my dmFax control page I’ve looked at my call logs, and can see that I received a fax call at 14.02 on 25-11-14 (ref: 122167-1619-81891w2) (check format). “My Gateway” is currently set to an email address that is definitely working, as I’m receiving emails using it form other people all the time.
It’s urgent, so please resend the fax to my email address.
