dmSwitchboard12 gives you control over when calls will be sent to particular extensions
NB: All extensions are open all the time to Internal Callers
There are a few places where they can be set within the Plan Editor:
Company tab - this can be used to establish a default
This example shows a company open from 8am to midnight, every day of the week except Saturday (even Bank Holidays).
Reception/Team/Personal extensions 0 Advanced Options - Can override default
This section is also where you decide what to do when the extension is "closed"
(Advanced options are accessed from the link at the end of the rows in the Reception/Teams/People tabs)
In this example, the reception extension "Main" is set to follow Company default (and note that when it's closed, the caller will be passed to reception extension 102)
In this example, the reception extension "Main" is open 9am to 6pm all days except Saturday.
