ProTime Supplementary Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to ProTime,
in addition to #0060 dmClub's General Customer Terms and Conditions.
Booking and rescheduling
The Free ProTime session is scheduled to take place at a time and date convenient to you.
If you are unable to make the session, you must notify dmClub Support immediately to re-arrange the meeting.
Cancellation – booked sessions that are cancelled with more than five working days’ notice can be rescheduled.
Cancellations made between one and five working days of the session may be rescheduled if dmClub is able to rebook the time. This is not guaranteed.
Cancellations made on the day of the session will only be rescheduled in exceptional circumstances.
Session failure
If a session fails to complete due to a problem with dmClub's systems, the session will be rescheduled at no charge to the customer.
If a session fails to complete due to a problem with the customer's systems, the session will be forfeit and any additional sessions will be charged for.
The ProTime Consultant
The Pro has been trained and appointed by dmClub to provide expert assistance on the dmSwitchboard12.
The Pro is authorised by dmClub to act on their behalf and to offer and sell products and services that may be required by, or be of interest to, dmClub members.
In general
Any unused minutes are considered lost. You cannot roll minutes over between ProTime sessions, nor can you split a ProTime session into two or more separate sessions.
Topic agenda
ProTime sessions are either provided at fixed time for a fixed and limited agenda, or can be ah-hoc, for variable time.
In a fixed agenda ProTime, you may wish to talk about other products, and you may need to book another ProTime session that relates, specifically, to the matter you wish to discuss.
Records and minutes
We will endeavour to record the phone conversation and the screen share of the ProTime session, and to make it available to you, on an internet files storage system that is mutually acceptable. We will also take minutes of the session, and email them to you at the end in the form of a PDF.
Feedback questionnaire
Once the ProTime session has been completed you will be sent a short questionnaire asking for your opinions on the ProTime Session and the Pro.
The questionnaire will be evaluated by the dmSwitchboard12 Product Manager. It will not be seen by the Pro that took the session although pertinent points may be passed on.
Confidentiality
All of the information that you supply to dmClub is confidential. It will only be seen by dmClub staff or contractors that need to see it.
None of your information will be passed on to third parties.
Coverage and exclusions
dmClub accepts no liability for advice given to customers in good faith that subsequently proves to be incorrect.
