I went to my.dmclub.net and tried logging in using alice@sevensystems.co.uk and the PIN number I made a record of when I signed up. These credentials were working two days ago, but this time I got the following error message:

There was an SQL error when running the query “SELECT user FROM Customers WHERE ….”
Access to database denied.
