Starting in mid November 2016, dmClub is trialling a free “ClubTime” session on Thursdays at 15h30. Why not give it a go?
What is a ClubTime Session?
dmClub will be running weekly ClubTime Sessions, free of charge and online. This is designed for a group of registered customers to have access to a dmClub PRO who can answer any questions they have and provide guidance on how to get the most out of their service. You can:
- Request a “how to” demo of particular features/products
- Ask technical questions
- Get general “what to” advice on business needs/problems
How does it work
The session will be run online, through a screen share meeting, and a recording of the session will be made available to attendees afterwards so that attendees can refer back to any instructions at a later date if need be.

3) You can add the appointment to your diary from the confirmation email, just click the button
4) We will send you reminders
5) Login to the session on the internet using Citrix’s GotoMeeting. The link is provided in your calendar booking.
FAQs
How long will a session be?
Anything from 30-60 minutes. If all the questions are dealt with before the hour is up then we will wrap up the session at that time.
The maximum time will be an hour.
Is the scheduled time flexible?
No. Due to the group nature of the session, the time will be fixed. We will, however, try to schedule the sessions at times that are least disruptive to business.
dWhat topics will be covered?
The topics will be decided by the attendees. When you register, you will be asked to submit your questions/problems so that the Pro can best prepare the presentation around the issues raised by the attending group.
Will you answer all my questions?
We will do our best to structure the session around the questions that have been submitted at registration so that all points are covered within the time available.
Is there a cost?
No. This is a free service.
What will I need for the session?
We suggest a headset and mic so that you don’t miss anything because of bad audio and so that you can be heard clearly by all attendees.
How do I join the session?

- You will be sent a link to a GoToMeeting session. You click on the link and go through the prompts to join in.
- It is best to think about doing this 5 minutes before the session starts so that you can go through the set-up and test your audio before the session begins.
What if I think of a question after registration?
Send a ticket to support, letting us know of the question, the more notice you give, the more likely that we will be able to prepare and include it.
Session etiquette
- Helpful. ClubTime is all about being helpful, positive, constructive and pleasant. Maybe you can offer useful help to other members.
- Respectful. Be polite and respectful. This may sound obvious but we are in a group setting and there will be other people who need to be heard and have questions answered. Please be mindful of other members and the Pro.
- Don’t waste space. Space on these sessions is limited, so if you have registered to attend and cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible so that we are not waiting for you, or so that we can offer your space to someone else. You can cancel your attendance via a button provided in the confirmation and reminder emails that you will be sent – this will send an automatic cancellation notice through to us.
- Time is money. Please be on time for the session. It is advisable to click on the joining link at least five minutes before the session is due to start so that you can go through the set-up, test your audio and familiarise yourself with the meeting interface. If you are more than five minutes late you will be refused entry.
- Solutions – not sales. This is not a platform for discussion of other products on the market or for selling your products to others – this is for informing you of how best to use dmClub products.
- Grumpy is not invited. This is not a place for complaints, disruption or negativity. If you are frustrated by something, please present your concern in a calm manner and give the Pro time to assist you. Disruptive attendees will be kicked out of the session.
- Help us prepare. If there is something specific that you would like demonstrated, please let us know in advance via the online booking form.
Length of session
The session will be booked for an hour and that will be the maximum time allowed for the slot. However, the session can be wrapped early if all questions have been answered to the group’s satisfaction.
