dmSwitchboard12 gives you various information on incoming calls, depending on the device you use to take the call
On PSTN handsets: You get CallerID Number. Some phones will support reverse-lookup of your address book. Futher information may be carried in a "whisper"
On VOIP handsets: You get CallerID Number and CallerID Name, although the number of characters displayed can vary from phone to phone.
On WebPhone: You get CallerID Number, CallerID Name and Full Call Routing information displayed (which shows you how the call got here via reception menus, transfers, etc)

CallerID Number
For Externally originated calls, this will be the caller's full number - which is what you'd dial to call them back
- This includes directly dialled calls, those coming through a menu and unattended transfers
For Internally originated calls, the extension number of the caller (eg. 301)
- This also includes attended transfers (i.e. Fred from accounts on 301 is calling you, but they may have someone on hold who they intend to put through to you)
CallerID Name
This is used by dmSwitchboard12 to give information about who the call is for
For Externally originated calls: "For x<DestPXExt> <DestPXName> of <CoName>" (eg. "For x304 Fred Smith of Smiths Motors")
For Internally originated calls "Internal from x<CallerPXExt> <CallerPXName>" (eg. "Internal from x301 Angela Smith")
For Unattended transfers: "TFR For x<DestPXExt> <DestPXName> of <CoName>" (eg. "TFR For x304 Fred Smith of Smiths Motors")
For Attended transfers: "TFR Internal from x<CallerPXExt> <CallerPXName>" (eg. "TFR Internal from x301 Angela Smith")
