dmClub customer news - May 2010
In this month's newsletter: your top requests for outbound calling, all-new instant payments for your account, and dmClub's tips for a relaxing holiday - without losing touch with your customers.
Read on for the latest from dmClub...
Outbound calling: your votes
Last month, we asked you what kind of outbound calling service you'd like. We got a huge volume of responses - this is clearly something that you'd be keen to see us offer.
Lots of you were keen on all the features we suggested. But the most popular option - by a decent margin - was for a traditional telephony type service (ie mobile and landline calling) that'd let you make outbound calls using your dmClub number as your
caller ID.
Well, the developers are on the case. There's no definite time set for when the service will be ready, but for those of you who are really keen: would you like to be an early tester? We'll give you
£10 of free call credit to say thanks if you do.

Tip of the month: instant payment
A number of you have told us that you'd like to be able to top up your accounts out of hours, eg over the weekend. So we've changed our payments processing system to let you do just that.
For most customers, payments are now processed automatically. You won't notice any difference to the look or feel of the Clubhouse, but we're hoping you'll find the change useful.
Quick tip though: if you want your payment processed instantly, please make sure you've put your account details in exactly, as the banks are (rightly) very picky and may not approve your payment
if you've made a mistake. And of course if you have any problems, dmClub Support is there to help.
Off on holiday? dmClub can help
Off to the seaside this summer? If you don't want to miss those customer calls, dmClub can help. If you're away from your office for a few days, we can redirect your calls to your mobile, or another number of your choice.
What about if you're planning on spending the holiday snoozing on a recliner, or with your kids burying you in the sand? You might not want to be watching the phone at all. If you want peace of mind, dmAnswers can offer you a handy fallback.
With dmAnswers, if the phone rings a few times but doesn't pick up, the call will redirect to a dmAnswers call centre, where a human 'receptionist' will answer the phone in your company's name, take a message and send you a notification by SMS and email.
Then you can call back once you've dusted all the sand off...
